How we know the size

    We collect

    Every new flat to rent in London, checked through the day, seven days a week.

  2. 02

    We read the floorplan

    A vision model reads the plan the way you would — room by room, taking the dimensions printed on it. It is an AI estimate, and it can be wrong.

  3. 03

    We measure

    That gives a square footage, and a price per square foot. You can sort and filter on both. The portal offers neither.
